This project of renovation takes place in the context of our client's project to renovate all of his commercial buildings.
He wanted a global vision that would integrate comfort and offer the clients: architecture, lighting, and functionality.
Our project put in place a parking that takes into account the landscape, the signage, and the client's comfort, with its protected trails, planted zones, and shade houses that announce the façades.
The façades are created like threads of fabric, generating movement that alleviates and homogenizes the building's silhouette.
The enhanced entries gained visibility and present a dynamic and signage architecture in accordance with the structure of the parking space.
The interior of the mall, renovated, puts in place new color codes and a fluid and comfortable furniture, all of which are embellished by the important architectural lighting.
The exterior lighting highlights the rhythm of the façade, and is a true technological tool of communication and atmosphere, as these programmable luminous lines play with the color codes and rhythms as one pleases.
